Gooseberries and raspberries jam

Red pepper jam

Format: 120 ml, 230 ml

You will need delicious red peppers to prepare this succulent red pepper jam. A pleasant equilibrium between cider vinegar and sugar enhanced by a hint of lemon, our jam will charm your taste-buds!

Food pairings: Cheese canapés with red pepper jam. An ideal condiment in a chicken hamburger
with a salad and fresh garden tomatoes.

Ingrédient: red peppers, sugar, cider vinegar, water, lemon, salt.

Crab apple jelly

Format: 40 ml, 230 ml, 500 ml

Prepared with Dolgo crab apples, delectably acidic and juicy, this jelly will please you by its distinctive apple taste with pleasant acidity. Irresistable for any gourmand!

Food pairings: At breakfast on a toast, a muffin or croissant.
Melted for use as icing on a fruit pie and in the center of a rolled cake.

Ingrédient: crabapple juice (crab apple, water) sugar.

Blackcurrant jelly

Format: 40ml, 230ml

Blackcurrant is one of the richest fruits in vitamin C, more than orange or kiwi. This little black berry tart with smooth skin and thick, sip a juice of a beautiful purple color gives a jelly intense flavor and very fragrant.

Food pairings: Irresistible on hot toast, lightly buttered on which the background frozen slowly.
Enhances sauces to accompany meat. (duck, game)

Ingrédient: blackcurrant juice (blackcurrant, water), sugar.

Currant jam and raspberries

A perfect marriage jam. Currants and raspberries in perfect equilibrium for a desirable acidic jam.

Clammy ground cherry jam

Format: 40ml, 230 ml

Small yellow fruit that hides itself inside a delicate envelope… sometimes called alkékenge, Chinese lantern or clammy ground cherry. No matter its name this small fruit will charm you by its subtlety in a difficult to describe jam.

Food pairings: Prepared in a kettle this jam has a somewhat more liquidy consistancy than others (it has a low natural pectin content)… excellent for use as a dip for vanilla cake or over ice cream. With a few dry cookies this jam will make a sweet break in your day!

Ingrédient: clammy ground cherry, sugar, concentrated lemon juice, water.

Pear and ginger jam

Format: 40 ml, 230 ml

Prepared with beautiful pears from our orchard this surprising jam will please your sweet tooth.
The addition of ginger adds an exotic touch.

Food pairings: At breakfast on a warmed croissant, as a dip with vanilla cake or on ice cream.
Try pork fillet with pear jam.

Ingrédient: pears, sugar, water, concentrated lemon juice, pectin, fresh ginger, ascorbic acid.

Pear and vanilla jam

Prepared with beautiful pears from our orchard this jam with a touch of vanilla
will be irresistable for the sweet tooth.

Food pairings: On a warmed croissant at breakfast time, as a dip with vanilla cake or over ice cream.
Try the pork fillet with pear jam.

Ingrédient: pears, sugar, water, concentrated lemon juice, pectin, natural vanilla flavoring, ascorbic acid.

Rhubarb, orange and Grenoble nuts jam

Format: 230 ml

A perfect equilibrium between the sweet freshness of the orange and the somewhat acidy taste of rhubarb enhanced by the fragrance of the Grenoble nuts. A jam that could make you think of marmelade but without the bitter side of the orange peels.

Food pairings: Spread your raisin bread with this surprising jam.
